REFUND POLICY

Clients who cancel 48 hours or more ahead of a session will receive a full refund. Clients may also reschedule their appointment and transfer their payment if it’s at least 48 hours ahead of the original time. Sue Kovacs Healing will not provide refunds to those who cancel or want to reschedule less than 48 hours before a scheduled session.

For classes, Sue Kovacs Healing provides refunds only for those who cancel before one week ahead of the class. Students may also choose to transfer their payment to another class date and time if they cancel within that timeframe.

Sue Kovacs Healing doesn’t offer refunds for healing sessions, classes, or workshops outside of the cancellation policy.
